The procedure makes a draft sales order in your MRP from a customer PO email. A person approves each order before the MRP posts it.

- n8n and the Claude API, with a person who approves. Use this path in production when the PO count is high enough for the setup. First, use Claude in chat, for example a Claude Project. Test one PO at a time. Check the extraction on your real POs before you automate.

- ChatGPT (chat). Use ChatGPT when the shop already pays for it and the people know it. Choose one chat tool as the standard. Keep one output format. In n8n, you can change the model.
